Can I Return My Order?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns up to 14 days from purchase for a refund. Please note that:
– Items must be unworn, complete, and sent back in original packaging.
– Return of the products is under the responsibility of the customer (the refund does not include the return shipping costs)
The customer should contact Belle et Voilée before sending back any items.

NOTE: During Big Sale / Stock Clearance events, we do not accept any returns or exchange.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once the items have been checked and found complient with our returns policy, you will receive an email announcing the refund. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed after receipt of your returned parcel. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

What Happened If I received a defective items?

All items are rigorously checked before shipping. In the unfortunate event that a defective product is however received, the customer must contact Belle et Voilée as soon as possible for exchange, or partial/full refund. However, damages can also happened during transport, so the customer should refuse the package if he noticed any damage. We do not take any responsibility if a customer choose to accept visibly damaged package (pierced packaging, etc).
