Can I return my order?
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or a refund.
Return policy :
- Items must be new, unworn, complete, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Ship them to the provided address.
- Keep the proof of shipment until the refund is processed.
Timeframe & Refunds
- Your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method as your order.
- If you requested an exchange, the new item will be shipped once your return has been approved.
- You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been processed.
Defective product or wrong order
Despite all our care, if you receive a defective item or an incorrect order:
- Take a photo of the item concerned.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt via our social media or at info@belleetvoilee.com , attaching the photo and your order number.
- Return shipping costs will be fully covered by us.
- You can choose between a free replacement or a full refund.
