Summary of our general terms and conditions

1. Contrat :

By placing an order on the Belle et Voilée website, you declare that you are acting exclusively for private purposes. The contract shall take effect when you click on the purchase button and receive the order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders generated by automated programs or third-party services.

2. Prices, shipping costs and delivery conditions: Prices indicated at the time of the order are final prices ( VAT not applicable, art 293b of the CGI in french law). Belle et Voilée offer various ways of shipping according to the country (home delivery, in-store pickup,...). Free shipping is given for orders starting a minimal amount for specific countries (France, Belgium,...) . 3. Payment methods: Various payment options are offered, credit card, bank transfer and cash payment (the last one is available only in Lyon area). The actual payment methods available at the specific time of ordering may vary and you will be informed of the specific payment methods offered before placing the order.

4. Use of promotional codes: Promotional codes issued as part of advertising campaigns may be used during the ordering process. The conditions for using promotional codes (limit on the number of promotional codes that can be used on the same order, ineligibility on items already on promotion, etc.) apply.

5. Right of withdrawal: As a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal. This means that you can cancel this online contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reasons by 1.) informing us (via the contact form or by message on our instagram account) that you no longer wish to maintain the contract and 2.) returning your order to us. 7. Refunds: Any refunds will be made automatically using the original method of payment.
